Several players I know have been perm muted for a while, even after appealing and it getting reduced. They are told since they have already been reduced that they will stay perm muted. I feel as if there should be a way of getting unmuted whether its a certain time waited before having a chance to appeal again, or even just putting an unmute on buycraft in which players are allowed to purchase. I'm sure this would make Invaded more money along with keep players happy!
 
you are given many chances. in most cases you need 10 mutes in order to be perm muted. and if you are lucky and get it reduced you should try and be more careful and stop breaking the chat rules. the person needs to learn from their actions.

People have been permmuted for awhile and some change, become less toxic. Time changes people lol

if you appeal you probably need to say in your post you’ve learned your lesson and won’t do it again. if you get muted after that you clearly lied and didn't learn your lesson.

Because then people will complain about even more of a "Money Grab".
Imagine this scenario, you get perm muted, you buy an unmute for say 10$, You instantly go on, get mad, and do something like bypass filter or be toxic, and get muted again. That person might go on the forums and complain that Invaded is "Stealing their money" because they can't learn. If someone deserves to be muted, they should stay muted unless they truly learn their lesson.

yea it gives you 10 mutes limit but like 50% of the time you get false muted because staff want to mute people at every single possible time....
lets say someonee accidentally advertised their stream every 4 minutes instead of 5 minutes and the staff, without even giving yuou a warning, mutes you. or when you're advertising in chat "hosting bounty wars" or "hosting event at my island" or "tpa to me for event" and trying their best to not flood chat by advertising their event but still, staff mutes them without giving them a warning first. in my opinion u should be able to buy unmutes since staff false muting ppl is bullshit
