I don't see why it would be, it isn't bannable to give people things, so why would it be bannable for 2 people to give each other things in exchange for each other? People do this all the time with vote keys across game modes.

Pretty sure it isn't but I'm not 100% sure. Trading is ok so maybe giving stuff from another servers is not against the rules but I'm not 100% sure as I said before.
