Dont blacklist Elicix
The blacklist is automatic
it says when you buy something in caps DO NOT CHARGEBACK YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED so that is his fault maybe he shouldn't have done it in the first place...

It's an auto blacklist, but just tell him to appeal and he will get unblacklisted.
