Listen this is not a complain post, and I am not telling any staff members to look at my appeal. I am just asking how long they take to be reviewed becaise I have waited almost a week and my friend got his answer in 2-3 hours.

are you talking about staff apps or your ban appeal because the title and the post seem like two different things
A lot of people think that staff “app“ stands for appeal not application
maybe that’s what’s happening here?
Just be patient.
Ban Appeals take around 2-4 weeks (could be earlier likely).
Blacklist Appeals take around 1-6 months (could be both earlier or longer).
It is NOT a ban appeal I am talking about a staff appeal the ones yoy submit to become mod
The best applications are left last to review at a later date. If you don't get an answer by the time applications are closed, you have a chance of getting accepted. Your friend likely did not meet the requirements and was denied immediately, while you'll be reviewed later.

Basically this. If you haven't been denied and the season is ending, your chances of getting an interview are pretty high
About the interview it says its either zelk or mega but mega doesnt talk so is it gonna be zelk or do we get some sort of exclusive voice reveal
I don't know. It would be hilarious if Mega talked during interviews.
I wouldn't leak his voice, but I'm sure some people would.

Typically around one month or less depending on how many people get accepted or how many people apply
