This rule only started actually getting into play, causing many people to get muted. Stinkythesheep is perm muted, and you are muted as well. IRL Soliciation is not allowed.

But you can do it for keys, etc. CSGO skins are basically keys as it is still a virtual item.

Stinkythesheep was perm muted, they appealed for it after it happened and they received a reduce (30 days). When you reach 10 mutes, regardless of what offenses they are, you will receive a perm mute. Have you had no prior chat offenses, this would have been a fairly short duration.

Every point that I was going to make has already been said. Keep your deals Invadedlands related only.
