Okay well I am wondering right now how invaded made it so that you can bow boost very easily? Because in regular worlds or in servers you literally take side kb which is messed up... But on invaded its really easy to bow boost the heck?

Why did you instantly respond, also I have been told constantly you could do this back then in minecraft?
Might be knockback from a different version of minecraft. I responded quickly because I am a no-life.

Invaded style bow boosting just makes the game more fast paced and fun.
I believe the ability for projectiles to hit you while running or flying with an elytra in 1.9+ was a known bug removed in 1.16. Before the introduction of rockets, it was possible to boost yourself with a bow. I'm not really sure of how it's possible to hit yourself while running, but I don't think it's been tweaked server side, and I'm almost sure KB hasn't changed on Minecraft's side. It's possible to run fast enough so that when the arrow is spawned and starts going on its path, it already intersects with the player's hitbox. I have never heard or seen of sideways knockback from self-shot arrows.

Most probably is a plugin that was made buy a staff member or just an already made pl that was downloaded to the server. I wish I had something more to say to you but there isn't anything else that can explain it.
