How long are staff apps supposed to take

Ban Appeals take around 2-4 weeks (could be earlier likely).
Blacklist Appeals take around 1-6 months (could be both earlier or longer).

They are suppose to be answered at the end of every season. Usually the staff members are responsible for the staff application get a lot of applications that they have to read. In conclusion the staff application take about 3 weeks max to be answered. Pls if I am wrong correct me but I have high possibilities that I am right.
