Well the only time people really use them is when they have op stuff on them so unless ur fighting someone who has op gear u shouldn't worry. But it is annoying when someone does regen 4 anyways but its not like they are able to take it away since it comes from potion effects. I mean they could probably code it so it doesn't go in to the pot but tbh i don't think its that bad that, that would be needed.

?? u can get banned for farming them not having them, if mods see multiple reg4s with the same name on them then ull get banned.
