some1 bought me /hat on sb if he/she chargebacks it do i get banned???

Yeah, but if that happens, just make a blacklist appeal and you will get (hopefully) unblacklisted.

also can he/she do something wrong with the purchase so i get banned on other servers (so not invaded)????
nah, you just gotta appeal and show proof that u didnt cb, and youll be unblacklisted in about a week
I mean if you really want to, maybe ask a moderator on discord. But I would recommend keeping it, as if they (in the unlikely scenario that they do) do chargeback you can just make a appeal. If they were planning on scamming you, they probably just told you to give the money to them and then they'll buy it, not buy it then chargeback after, as that can get them blacklisted while in-game scams aren't punishable.
HOW do i have proof
they didnt ask for money they said First one to say ''his/her name i wanna marry u'' gets /hat and i was first
then after that i asked pls dont chargeback bla bla bla and he/she said okay but dont get on my bad side cuz u know what i can do and now am scared
