I don't think you are but a good way to get better at pvp is just watching some tutorials or tips for pvp on YouTube. Also sometimes asking good players how to play can really benefit you.

Equipment matters alot determining pvp skills. You can be a whole lot better with preferred sensitivities and actual fps.

Give the best pvper a 5 dollar mouse and 30 fps laptop and boom hes bad as hell

You could just watch also good pvpers montages like how they strafe with a handcam too. Have you seen Zelkam's video on 'how to get better aim' it is a moontage of him doing duels and he's actually really good, I guess equipment matters, but to be honest not a lot. If you do have the money though a mouse is far more important than the keyboard. Keep grinding xd

Not necessarily a lot of top pvpers just have insane skill, they would be significantly worse but it won't mean they're bad, they'd still be the top players if not near and above the average pvper.
Just my opinion
