Since people can't seem to find the FAQ thread, here are the most important/commonly asked stuff from the FAQ

Q: How long does a Ban Appeal take?
A: A Ban Appeal takes anywhere between a few hours and a few weeks.

Q: My Ban Appeal says "Elevated". What does that mean/
A: It means an Admin needs to check your AntiCheat logs to determine if the ban was false.

Q: My blacklist appeal has no replies and it has been a month! What do I do?
A: Blacklist appeals take a very long time as someone has to go through all the purchase/ban logs and see why you were BL'ed, get evidence, etc.

Q: A staff app season finished and I got no response. Help!
A: You were denied.

Q: I turn 14 in a (short time period). Can I apply for staff?
A: No. You must be 14 at the time of applying.

Q: I bought a rank/crate keys and didn't get them! Help me!
A: Make a purchase support ticket, an Admin or higher will answer you within a few days.

Q: How do I add images to my signature?
A: Go to imgur.com, upload the image from your PC. copy the link on imgur, and press insert media on the forums. Paste the link.
OR: just copy the link and paste it on invaded, it usually automatically shows the image
