this server is dying, primarily because of the fact that skeppy doesn't care. he never gets on or talks to his fans.
everyone is leaving as staff are inactive, good staff should be on 23/7 making sure things are in order. the only staff i can say that are active are: velo, bruva, and kvids. i saw della on once.
appeals take forever to process and staff season is a pain in the ass as you are expected to type an entire essay to get in. my application had multiple paragraphs and i had it denied for the vague reason of "lack of detail".
people complain about the maps, and frankly, i believe them. the spawn was a spinoff of last season, and the pvp arena when you jump off spawn hasn't changed. hire more builders.
prices are outrageous, you're telling me overlord is $300? a summer crate key is 6 goddamn dollars. we need a discount or something, the 20% thing is obviously just a marketing strategy.

Now, you want to save it. Here's what I would guide you on doing:
A gigantic discount web site-wide, 40-60% off everything.
Staff season should open again and have the mods not grade you like an honors English teacher.
Skeppy should occasionally get on his own server to hang out with his members.
I had an idea that will probably work, Mineplex had a mass-unban of all cheaters back in News Years 2018 just to get the server back on its feet, although Mineplex has died, this may work. Most people leave and convince others to leave after being banned/blacklisted for stupid reasons. The server is due for a mass-unban/pardon. Next up, the Discord is dead. It literally is just full of people using bot commands or some skeppy fan saying "hi skeppy" or something.
We also have 10-12-year-olds dressed up as Skeppy with the stupid name of "SkeppysMuffin" (example, i know there's SkeppyThemuffin and there's nothing against him except the fact that he spams crap), that ruins the experience. The server needs a simple auto-mod feature that will automatically mute you after spamming the same thing within a long interval. Hypixel doesn't allow you to repeat the same thing twice, and that should exist here.

KitPvP has terrible kits and should have a kit you can only use once every three days called "Kit premium" and it should include Prot 2 and an S2 and whatnot. The game basically forces you to buy a rank to be equal to people who have ranks. We also have lots of toxicity, the term "gg ez" is banned in multiple servers and games. Such as Overwatch, who makes you say something like "I am a big baby" when you say the term 'gg ez'.
Skyblock is irrelevant at this point and has little players, it should get some love. Look at Hypixel Skyblock, it has 50000 consecutive players due to the fact that it's so advanced.

The forums receive no updates, the "suggestions" tab was supposed to be due back in NOVEMBER 2019. We need change the happen, and fast. This is obviously not how Invadedlands will thrive, and I am simply trying to help.
The admins rarely ever get on, neither do the managers. There has been multiple scandals with the moderators because of how they were fired and publicity really doesn't makes things better.

In the end, Invadedlands is dying. I have nothing against the staff team nor Skeppy, but this simply isn't how you run a server. I am trying to help you in an administrative, unbiased way. Take some things I have said into account.
