Builder = staff?

When applying for a builder, do you have a chance to get promoted to become a staff? Do you become staff when becoming a builder? Are builder and staffs 2 separate things that you have to apply for?

Builders and a staff member are two seperate things.

You can be a builder and still apply for staff but there is not an opportunity for promotion from builder to staff without applying.

Builders are not associated with staff at all. They have zero perms expect the ability to host events, and the applications are completely separate.
Some builders, such as myself and Della, later applied to become staff and made it, however it is not a 'promotion.' You still have to apply and go through the same process everyone else does.
