Island got deleted

I fell out of the world and my island got resetted, is this a new glitch? What do i do

You'll just have to restart, doubt the staff will have a back up of your island. Even if they did I don't think they'll necessarily go out of their way to help you recover your island.

There are no backups of specific islands, unfortunately there is nothing that we can do.
As JoeMS10 said, you will just have to restart. You can create a bug report on this, however since there wasn't really a lot of evidence gathered, I don't know where that would lead.
