besides the fact that the staff szn is literally active rn... you know how many trash apps they gotta go through? likely hundreds. how are you expecting to be accepted if you’re not writing anything to distinguish yourself/present your qualifications? if you got denied for a lack of detail, it’s likely you were... lacking detail. you should look back and re read your application. maybe there was a question you answered with not enough detail, or irrelevant details.
look i have no idea what your staff app looked like (and i don’t want you to post it here) so i’m not gonna say anything about that. but think of how many people try and apply for a position here, people who dont know what they’re in for, are not qualified, or not mature enough. when you have a large volume of applicants you need a high standard so you’re choosing the right people for the job.

A server as big as this requires high standards for staff, and this server has lower requirements than others with similar playerbase. This server cannot afford to hire bad staff. Also, people don't get recruited in the middle of a staff season, but the best apps are left to be reviewed at the end of the season. You have been denied in the middle of the season, which means your application wasn't good enough to be even considered.
Even if they gave you another chance, you are still going to get denied again, unless you have more experience than last time, which you most likely won't. That being said, I suggest providing evidence of your past staff experience (Videos of you catching hackers, Website link to staff list of the server, etc.) In your application. Lack of this is what gets many people denied.
We don't grade Staff Applications based off grammar and use of vocabulary, so not sure why you'd try to compare this to an English course?
Plain and simple, you lacked detail in certain areas that we were expecting more from. If you want this to be explained in more depth, you can DM me or any other staff member and we could explain that to you. Making a public thread about it is just another reason that goes to show this. Also, yes, we have not recruited anyone yet because the Applications are still open!
