Changing Player Tagged To A Forums Account

I accidentally tagged my alt acc (jmder) to the forums account. How can I tag my main (AKJenn) to the account instead. I was told bring it too staff (I did awhile ago, it didn't work) But is there a way to change it or am I permanently stuck like this?

You can create a separate forums account using the other username but that's all
