Honestly, staffs banning or muting people because they think they are doing right, but if they didn't do anything which broke the "rules" but got false ban or mute? That's a problem.
Like before, if "A" didn't broke rules and some staffs said "its not bannable", but other staffs(ex: new, etc.) banned "A" because they think "A" broke the rules. (just a example lol)
In fact, the rules isn't clearly.
For example, if "B" glitched playerwarp and he's outside and someone reported "B", but "StaffA" thinks "B" didn't break the rules, and denied the report.
After 3 months, "B" glitched playerwarp again and someone reported him, but "StaffB" thinks "B" glitched and it broke the rule, and he got banned.
another epic example,
"C" was trying to get out a pw, but "A" keep glitching glass to hit him, what does C do?
The answer may be "Record him", but "StaffC" thinks this guy didn't tag him (ex: combatlog), so it got denied.
Only "after C got tagged and it's ban(or warn)able", so "A" will be fine.
There's a rule and here's the answer:
" No glitch abusing/exploiting (e.g. find a way to get out of the map, bypass restrictions, block glitching glitching into spawn; no matter your intention)"
"bypass restrictions" didn't clearly say what restrictions to bypass, although staff accepted the report, they still won't ban or else (last time i met a guy who block glitched me and I reported, accepted, but didnt ban?).
Next is communication.
Example: "A" was not happy and said "F***"(please notice its F***, not full word), and "TraineeX" online and saw this and muted. After unmuted, "A" was confused and asked "TraineeX", and answer is "don't say bad words, although you tried not saying the full word".
Question is, the rules didn't say any about "Do not try to say full bad word, although you tried to not"(if someone found about this please dm), and "A" doesn't care and its not gonna happen anymore.
KitPvP rules.
No selling in-game items for real life currency. (This includes items like warp creates, keys, gear ...etc)
welp, there's like 40 ppl selling for real life currency tho, why they still didn't get ban sike.
Maybe we should make another rules, which will be clearly and easily, and showing people if break rule how long we got banned, muted, or blacklisted.
