Have a literally game changing moment where you want to get rid of literally everything and let go by either forcing yourself, or getting your parents to help you. That's what I did and I feel great and I'm a much nicer person. ;p it's nice to see you, I've been doing pretty well in the year I've been gone, instead of playing toxic games with visible chat, I played games without visible chat that had the option to mute voice-chat too!
