I'd be suprised if moderators would be "demoralized" by what a whole lotta 10 year olds think.
And to be honest, these kind of conversations should be had within the community regardless.
It's nice to see what others think and experiences with these mods.
i was being sarcastic. Twsited was the guy who griefed the invaded discord and was toxic to players leading to him being demoted and kicked from the staff team.
well I knew him before he was a mod.. he helped me with a lot of things. this is just my opinion.
Alright, demoralized isn't the best way to put it; if not a single person votes for you then you would probably feel like you are less than "the best mod" as your work is being perceived as such From what I've known in life - people dislike being compared with other people. If 10 year olds perceive a mods work as being lack-full, it will basically show how Skeppy views them as his brain is like a 10 year old's. Also, if the higher-ups notice how the community views each individual mods, they won't be invited to help with videos etc. This may be over-critical and over-dramatic but I just think it isn't that nice to show someone that people like someone else more. It for sure can be an ego boost for the top rated but otherwise you'd probably dislike the outcome.

Just like how staff shouldn’t favor players, players shouldn’t favor staff as much either as they all sacrifice their own time sourly for the betterment of the community. Respect
