Illegal affairs could be trying to sell accounts or selling in-game items for irl money. There's a lot of things that would be deemed as an "illegal affair", but they're the only two that are server related iirc.
Either way, if you got blacklisted. There is a blacklist appeal section here. You should probably mention what you actually did and whether or not you believe it's a false blacklist of not.

I believe that is not allowed according to the EULA, or if it is (and I'd be surprised), it's not allowed in InvadedLands, so the blacklist was fair. I suggest waiting some time and then appealing, stating that you did not know that what you did was against the EULA or InvadedLands' rules, and that you'll not do that again.

Not all types. This particular kind of irl deal is not allowed, as far as I'm aware, and it explains the blacklist.

IRL deals aren't only exchanging a rank for in game money, and as far as I know the IRL deal LoseC0ntrol was trying to do is not allowed.
well first off invaded and mojang dont give a **** abt the EULA so thats not why. IRL deals r allowed as long as the irl dealer is buying smth from the store, not like paypal or smth like that. If u send money for in game items its bannable
