I have been tpa trapped 3 times 2 of which killed me the third time almost killed me but I did /home but please!!! Ban tpa trapping!!!

So tell me how this is bannanable? You’re fault for accepting tpa’s make sure it’s someone you trust! Even if the staff created this rule, how would it be enforced? Players will take report, fake screenshots, and get innocent players banned. Even if there is a reasonable way to enforce this, it’s not worth it because people are smart to know when to accept tpas

Your reasoning isn't sound. While yes there are people that could replicate the plugins needed to make it look like the invadedlands server. The actual cost of faking this is way too high. For example it's easier to fake a block glitch report in kit pvp since people are able to make their own player warps. So setting up some glass with a safe space (which resembles most player warps) and then faking a player block glitching would be easy enough to do. But even then the one guy doing this kept using the same video but with different names. Because making separate videos for every player he tried to get false banned was apparently too much effort.
If you look at the survival side of things, It would take a very long time recreating the /warp pvp area (where you can tpa trap people and kill them) and have the plugins and have decent video proof (videoing them doing /tpahere you accepting and then you getting killed by the person). You would need all of these things before a report would even be believable. Faked screenshots will never be enough for evidence so bringing this up as an argument is useless. The person trying to fake evidence also can't fake evidence outside of the /warp pvp area because if you die on survival you're immediately brought to the spawn. So the person trying to fake evidence would have to splice his video making it seem like he spawned in the spawn. But then the chat would not be coherent and this would be immediately obvious. So your whole point of it being easy to fake just isn't true.
There is a thing such as player hosted events. The whole reason tpa trapping/ killing should be banned is because it makes you not trust people hosting events or having their own shop (for example a banner shop). You can't always know if the person advertising an event is actually hosting an event or is trying to tpa trap until someone accepts it and let's chat knows what really is going on. If tpa trapping was bannable this trust would be more easily given since breaking this trust would be bannable. Tpa trapping used to be bannable but they did change the rule for some dumb reason.
This is why it's a very different thing from like a scam. Since there are non obvious ways of getting tp trapped.
Of course there are very obvious tpa trappers (people saying they'll give you free spawners if you tp to them and etc).
This is a very dumb statement. That's like saying IRL scamming (talking about the nigerian prince offering 1 million dollars if you just give a small transfer of 30 dollars via western union) shouldn't be bannable since enough people know how not to get scammed. Except that there are enough idiots and old people still falling for these kinds of scams. It's not because 'most' people know how to avoid stuff that it shouldn't be bannable.

Yes it’s easy to fake. You get ur buddy to stand outside, u sit in some obsidean, and u change name. It’ll take me about 2 minutes.
Next, yes it is ur fault for being scammed. Irl scamming is not banmable on this server for the same reason. Don’t be dumb. If u do not understand how to not be scammed, it’s not the servers problem.
Lastly, u never explained how this can be enforced. Give me a good way and I’ll understand
IRL scamming is blacklistable, whereas in-game money scamming is not punishable at all. If you suffer any financial loss irl and u have sufficient evidence, u may report the player. Other than that, you're out of luck.
Wrong because this wouldn't be a tp trap. You most likely haven't played survival which is where your ignorance comes from. Tpa trapping/killing comes in mostly 3 different versions.
1. they tpa you to /warp pvp and kill you
2. they tpa you to a high spot and have a mechanism to throw you off. Which makes you die from fall dmg and they can get your stuff.
3 they tpa you into lava and hope you die.
If they did what you said people can just do /spawn, /wild, /rtp or /home (name) to get out of there and would mostly be a small inconvenience. So what you brought up is just not worth bringing into the conversation.
One last form of tpa trapping which is currently bannable is portal trapping. Where people tp you into a portal in their claim so you can't mine the obsidian and you can't talk in chat which makes you unable to teleport away using the commands I referred to above.
One you didn't understand my argument at all and yes irl scamming is bannable so you're also wrong there.
My argument is that you can't state that something shouldn't be punishable/scammable because most people know to avoid it. The reason in game scamming isn't bannable is because it's too much work for staff to go through all reports. But it's also easy to avoid since you can use /trade.
Tp trapping is also easy to avoid (don't accept tpa or tp to people you don't know) but this makes an essential thing in the survival server a bit less trustworthy namely player hosted events. If i'm doing a simon says event I say it in chat and ask people to tp to me. The people tping to me don't always know me and are easily able to be tp trapped in this way. Atleast until someone calls me out for tpa trapping.
But this is exactly why it should be bannable so that people can trust in others saying that they are hosting an event or have a shop.
It is also easy for staff to enforce if the person reporting has the necessary evidence..
Easy. The player reporting the tp trapper should have a video that is clearly non cut of the player being reported asking for people to tp to them or doing /tpahere. The player reporting should then /tpaccept or do /tpa (name of player tp trapping). Then it should show them being killed by the tp trapper (have his name in the vid hopefully) and when they die they should end up in /spawn. Through out this vid the chat should be shown and should be consistent. All the plug ins should be exactly the same.
This would be easy to verify for staff and thus easy to accept. It's not hard

Finally, no irl scamming is not bannable because staff can’t do anything about it. It’s ur fault for stuff like that. I know this because I actually play this server

I want to bring up my last point that this idea has been suggested before in the invaded by player council, where a the me and the rest of the councilors voted no. We had a discussion and decided u can just have a BRAIN and not be dumb. More experienced survival players agreed

One more thing, yes people will start to record evidence because tpa trappers never only trap once, they do it multiple times to the same person so it would be easy to catch them

No this is not what I'm saying. If you suspect someone of tp trapping (or people claim a person is a tp trapper) then you can start to record and go through the process of what I described. It's not rocket science.
Your definition of toxic is really messed up if you believe that I'm being toxic. I suggest you re-evaluate what you consider toxic if you can't deal with simple arguments.
Either you don't know what irl scamming is or you're wrong. If you make a deal with someone where they will give you ingame currency/items and you'll give something from the store (aka using real money) to them and they don't give the ingame items when they get the store thing. Then that's bannable (As long as you have video proof and receipts).
From what you're saying your last statement doesn't really seem to be the case.
