no, there are a ton of people who have done stuff that puts other players at risk. not a good idea at all. i dont possibly see how you could think this is a good idea.

At first I agreed because I feel there's a lot of people that deserve second chances but yeah there's still people who shouldn't be on the server and don't deserve second chances.

Bans maybe, blacklists, no. People who are blacklisted (not false blacklisted) do not deserve to be a part of the server. Bringing some of these people back would not be good. (1pick, actually chargebackers, people who do illegal things)
