Make an appeal in the ban appeal section of the forums, a higher member of staff will be able to check that it wasn't you who did the chargeback and you will eventually be unblacklisted.

you legit could just put “it wasnt me who cb it was irl dealer” and they would accept it. it isn’t like a false ban where if u dont explain well enough it’ll get denied
