How to get people out of claims?

this dude has been in my claim trying to do who knows what for an hour. I made a small outpost because he was tp trapping people and this would be a safezone next to his base but he legit wont get out. All he does is try to break things and he cant break them. He's mad b/c i broke stoneblocks outside of his claim to make a house
