I got my 3rth blacklist appeal finally accepted for the proper reason an got my justice on badmemory, but I don't know for sure if it was him yet. thank you to anyone who helped me gather evidence. I am still waited for the blacklist to be risen, but as long as I don't have a reason to be punished anymore, im ok with it. thank you @Nicki for finding evidence for me though logs.
