its just minecraft. you need to be at a specific y lvl for squids to spawn

claim evidence reason. have you heard of that process?
claim: they only spawn in y levels 46 and 62
evidence:
reason: 62 is sea level, and theres no reason for them to spawn anywhere above that, or at the bottom of the sea.
