Escalated Appeals

The majority of the people who I've talked to who have had an appeal escalated in the past 3 weeks have not received a response. (This is purely off of ban appeals, not blacklist appeals.)

I've heard rumors of staff being on break or something like that, this is happening to me too, but last time I checked my appeal it had less than half the amount of views it has now. Staff are seeing it, but either intentionally not responding or the staff who are seeing it do not have access to check anticheat logs. (I was appealing for a false ban)

I feel like there should be a dedicated appeal team for the server, but the InvadedLands staff team is too small to do that right now, so i guess you'll just have to wait.
Put this in suggestions, also escalated means it was moved to a more important forum. Basically staff are looking more into the appeal. It can take a while but just be patient
 
the same thing was happening to me so i also did a thread and it turns out that if you constantly look at your ban appeal they register as views, but takes time to update so if it say it has 10 views but you keep going into your appeal for 10 more times and look at the views it would say 10 views and maybe 30 minutes later it would update to 20 so when you check back it would have double the views.

Escalated does not mean it was moved into a more important forum. Escalated means that it involves higher-ups looking into the appeal. Nothing has changed besides the prefix of the ban appeal.

Just like the post, don't boost it.

Have you seen Headed's videos? This man literally is sleep deprived and speeds through SO many false ban claims it's actually ridiculous. Once cleared 30 appeals in 15 minutes, and none of them got changed by staff.


Really simple, some staff members would probably sign an NDA and devote most of their time to dealing with ban & blacklist appeals.
I like the idea, but I think staff should stick to staffing, and also some appeals, I think that there should be a whole separate team, as I’m seeing a lot of complaints that people are being false banned for just far topcoat long which is unfair.
