Hi, guys! Welcome to the first edition of Invaded Interviews! Today, we have a really requested guest: Pinevole! This is the first interview, so it may not be the best, but I promise that with time things will improve.
Without further ado, let's start the interview.
Interview
BannerGames - Start by introducing yourself.
Pinevole - I'm 17 and I live in the US. I mostly played KitPvP then quit because of all my friends and played SkyBlock for a while.
BannerGames - When/Why/How did you join InvadedLands?
Pinevole - I joined InvadedLands sometime in 2019 but didn't play until earlier this year (I'm new, I know, but I didn't really enjoy PvP, SkyBlock, or Survival and I was a minigame player for the longest time). I had friends who played on the server and I joined to chill with them, then eventually started enjoying the gamemodes, mostly KitPvP.
BannerGames - What do you like about IL? And what do you dislike?
Pinevole - I mostly like the community, it's the main reason I stick around on the server/can't find myself to leave. Most people are pretty chill and I've always enjoyed going to KitPvP just to hang out with people in player warps and talk. I've met a lot of friends through the server as well. I don't really dislike anything about the server itself, but some of the community can be pretty toxic.
BannerGames - What are your thoughts on the IL community?
Pinevole - The Invaded community is probably the best community I've ever been apart of. I've made an insane amount of friends that I really enjoy having around to call and play with. I've met a couple of my best friends through invaded so I'm really thankful. Most of the community is super nice and fun but there are some people that are toxic. The good side of the community outweighs the bad side.
BannerGames - If you could change anything of the server, what would it be?
Pinevole - I would change how long seasons are because stuff resetting every 6 months is kind of a long time and stuff ends up getting repetitive/boring and I'd also make things more competitive by adding rewards for top 5 and maybe killstreak rewards and stuff.
I dont know though, I've never really thought about what I'd change.
BannerGames - Do you have any advice you want to give to new players?
Pinevole - Ignore people who are toxic, it's an online video game and not everyone is going to be friendly. Just make some friends and have a good time.
BannerGames - What's the reason behind your username?
Pinevole - There isn't really a reason behind my username, pine vole is just an animal and I couldn't think of anything good.
