False blacklist (bFusion)

Not long ago my friend was blacklisted for Charge back. I asked him what happend and how, he said that he charged back Vip and some Keys after about month. When I asked him why when you knew that you would get blacklisted, he said that he didn't got what he brought that is Vip and Keys, he waited month and still didn't got it then charged back. Thought that was his alt but because of the same card he got banned on his Main account that is bFusion and his others alts. I told him to make a support ticket but he said that he already did and no one respond. After I got in private chat with one of moderators and he said that he SHOULD get unblacklisted if he make appeal and he did. After some time his appeal got escelated. That was about 2 weeks before. And he's still not unblacklisted. I really would be thankful if you could look at it again. His name is bFusion. I know I no right to say anything about this, but hes my very dear friend and I really want to help him out since he didn't do anything wrong. Thanks.

He didnt get banned on both accounts, a blacklist is an IP ban. Tell him to appeal his blacklist on the forums, and wait patiently.

OK so this is another ting.
He didnt get his rank, so did he put his name in correctly?
Also if you dont get your purchased gear, in this case a rank and some keys, file a Purchase Support, don't charge back.

He shouldn't have chargebacked in any circumstance, it's against their TOS and it's essentially fraud. It wasn't a false blacklist.

staff take years to reply, even my false blacklist still has no response hes getting unbled anyways but you cant tell when since no one is replying to appeals because they wont look at em

Not really 'robbed' he should've just waited for a response on his purchase ticket. I don't even know why he cb'ed over that little money, if he literally bought overlord, 100+ keys and tons of warpcreates. It was intentional if you ask me.
