ok i cant get a straight answer. will crates reset when survival resets? is it worth holding onto them until reset ?
 
u need to log on there after the reset happens and u will receive all the crates 100% working info tested myself with the skyblock reset

Crates do reset unless you don’t join the game after you earned the crate. So if you just stopped joining today and reset was in 2 weeks and you voted everyday you would get 14 vote keys next season. But if you were to log in all of those keys you earned prior to logging in would get cleared at reset.

I wouldn’t advise doing this because it could be considered glitch abuse because the keys are meant to reset and you are purposefully avoiding the whole point of a reset which is to get rid of all your items.
