If Decay says he wasn't given a reason, why would he lie? He wouldn't pin it on management, he would say he didn't feel comfortable sharing it.

To be fair he isn’t the ONLY active staff, there are at least 7-8 other really active staff members. But decay was still one of the best and he will be missed by all of us
