when i load my shaders it shows all black, all the things online arent working it doesn't just show a Error: Invalid program "composite 1" but 10 different error messages of the same structure but having shadow gbuffers_basic and others not working. i have 1.14.4 forge and I downloaded optifine and two building mods but that's it. i have all the things that optifine would come with but when I open up my mods in forge Minecraft in game it says that there are only four mods active and none are optifine pls help I don't know if its with the fact optifine isn't working even though I can load shaders and zoom or something else
 
You should get a better pc if you'd like to play with shaders. Shaders 'eat' a lot of fps, so maybe your computer can't handle those, and does what it does

It isn't an fps problem because shaders work no matter the pc. You're too building mods might cause compatibility issues between using the shader. try removing them and try using the shader and if it works then thats the problem

what building mods
 
you could try turning the sun and moon details on, that's what worked for me when I was getting that problem, maybe not for everything but just turn some details and animations etc on and off and see when it'll work, it could be a computer problem, what shaders pack is it? Might be a bit dodgy, if you want you can dm me like your computer specs and i'll find one for you idm ?‍♂️
you literally NEED optifine to work if you want shaders
