When actual good staff who do there job get demoted and then periys (6ix9ine) walks around and does nothing for the server, sits in vc's with egirls all day, makes jokes about new players needing help, vanishing in combat, and literally going drunk on the invadedlands vc LLLLLLLLLOOOOOOLLLLLLL, and he doesnt get demoted. Nice management.

Ok yeah that shows it, the only thing I can think of was maybe he was using an OP kit and didn’t want to drop it since it was a kit spawned in with mod perms cause before we’ve seen staff mod mode before dying but if he wasn’t then yes, this is proof of him being corrupt

The fact that he was attacking players in that gamemode with the items implies that he was prepared to PvP. Mods don't have perms to spawn in items nor bypass kit cooldowns, so I don't think it was for the reasons you stated.
