In other words, it's her saying her true feelings about the demotions on the other staff member, without a biased view to any side. She says about her not thinking certain punishments to certain staff were right and how she does not hate anyone, only hates what they did ingame and on the group chat. She says that because she is older, she would be naturally drawn towards older staff members because ig that's just natural, megapvp being one. She also states that she doesnt flirt to higher staff in order to get things she wants.

She explains how things are fair, she was a manager on mega's server, but got demoted (i cba to go in detail this is just brief) so it's not megapvp being biased to anyone as she isn't exempt from the rules. She also states that she's been told off many times for rule breaking though not being serious enough for a demotion.

There was some stuff on how she felt about certain demotions and that she has nothing against anyone etc etc

Also how she wil probably resign here soon enough, because she enjoys the position of manager on (i think) Mega's server more.

still confused why epics is demoted he literally did nothing?
 
It's a great response and hopefully more people will read this response so we get the two sides of the story, I hope it's more clear to people now that their story was beyond biased and tilted due to them getting demoted!
