Ideas for the Staff team

When I scroll through the forums I see tons of posts every day about the staff team “taking forever” or “not doing their jobs”. Now I’m not here to complain more because it doesn’t help but I do think some suggestions could be given for ways we could better improve the way the staff team works. First of all I think that they need to do 1 of 2 things at least, they either need to promote more staff to higher up ranks so they can do a lot more for people or they need to give mods and lower level staff more power to do things that need to be done. I feel like every where I turn I see mods typically doing a pretty good job and getting things done for people but it always seems as though they can only do about half of what needs to be done and then they pass it on to higher up staff. This does a couples things, it makes people mad because it seems like the staff are doing nothing because the mods can barely do anything, and it puts more and more stuff on the higher up staffs plate. The higher up staff gets so behind on things that I just think something either needs to be done about the number of higher up staff there are and about what the lower staff members are permitted to do.

Yes but this doesn’t apply to kit pvp, skyblock, or survival. I could put it in network wide but I thought about it and figured I’d put it here because I wanted to hear from all sorts of people and a lot of people don’t look at the suggestions tab.

Needs more attention. I feel like there needs to be more staff from different time zones usually when I’m on (EU) I rarely see a staff member like once or twice a month and I’m on quite often.

I haven't read the original post but something doesn't need to be locked because it's in the wrong place. a moderator can just move it over to another catagory

To start, you are complaining about things not being done yet you provided zero example of said things. It's not as easy as you think to just give Moderators extra perms, or even promote Moderators to Sr. Mods in hopes of decreasing the workload. Moderator team was actually given permission yesterday to do a greater amount of work than we could before, cutting the workload greatly. Regardless, the Sr Team has also been keeping up with the demand on their end, there are just a few things that require management to do themselves and I can assure you they are getting to everything very soon. Again, apologies for the wait time, there has been a few roadblocks along the way.

Don't know where you're getting this from, but I can name a handful of staff members who are extremely active on the forums and view almost each and every thread. Not everything requires a response hence why you don't see us replying to every post.

We actually are split very evenly, with about half of our staff being from the US and half being from EU Timezones so... if you aren't seeing staff members, chances are there is one online but they don't want to compromise themselves and prefer staying in vanish. If you ever have questions every staff member has DMs open on Discord and theres a pretty good chance you'll get a response within a few hours if not minutes.

You couldn't be more wrong lol. I'd love to see an instance of Mega himself saying he doesn't care about what the community thinks, because I know for a fact that is absolutely not true. You probably perceive him as not caring because you see so many suggestions, but dont see many replied too/implemented. Reason being, we have one developer. It's hard for him to take every suggestion into consideration because he has so much else to do. I can also assure you this will be looked at closely too, your voices are being heard.
