No hacks: just use optifine lmao, why do you need lunar or whatever
Hacks: for 1.8 there's wurst and a few other interesting clients, depends which gamemode. above 1.8 there is Aristois, frequently updated and pretty nice for survival and servers without anticheat, Impact has more features tho (but Aristois allows Optifine). Future would be the best option if you're willing to pay.
