there is no such thing as a temporary rank. did you ever get blacklisted for chargeback?
well sometimes chargeback blacklists are delayed so if he isnt bld yet he is gonna be soon

if that is the case, staff have a command that lets them see all the ranks a person recieved. if he is lying, staff would see he was never granted VIP.
