Doesn't matter once someone charges back on you and the payment goes through you get blacklisted. Tebex protection only works before someone charges back. Tebex protection is only there to prevent it not to stop it.

Well It's been 41 minutes, shes not blacklisted. So now that Tebex protection is on she wont get blacklisted if theres a chargeback.
Maybe it wasn't a charge back after all but i'm 99.99% sure that once a charged back payment goes through theirs nothing you can do but appeal.
Same thing happened to 2 other people they were lord and bam now there god none of them bought anything.
