My Rods Broken on my MAIN but not my alt wtfrick

So, my rod is broken on my main. If i hit someone with the rod it resets and it doesn't let me rod after and it takes dura, but on my alt this is not an issue?

Happens when you join an event and go back to spawn or whatever. It’s been happening to me for months. You have to like literally restart mc or your pc for it to sometimes work. Either do that or just play on an alt

Happens all the time. Last time it happened I restarted my pc twice and it didn't fix until the next day... Usually it fixes itself when you restart your pc the first time though. Btw its not just the rod, also your bows arrows disappear so if you wanna bow at someones door or IDK. But yeh glitch is annoying.

@Barett The reply I got back was " seems like a visual glitch/client-side thing" in which I would have to agree. Something can try would be to relog, and to open your inventory, and click the item slot. I'll leave this open so in case you've done this and it hasn't worked you can reply back.

I've tried this multiple times when it happened to me and it didn't work.

not a client thing doesnt do it on ANY other server and it only works on 1 account. Ive tested this i /spawn on an alt and it glithced but i did it on my main and the rod was still working

its been a glitch for a while. The glich will fix if they reboot the server
