you guys act like mods do nothing lmao
i have 8 views on ban appeal , has been escalated for 18+ days 100% , been banned around 13 times by AC ,each takes atleast a month to get unbanned cuz "Higher Staff" don't review you're ban app . This results in mod's and other staff having to shorten your appeal subsequently.
Edit : Not saying they don't do their job , they could use with a new manager

i was talking about mods but i do think the appeal process takes too long but it looks like they are actually getting stuff done and working on it to be fair, they are hiring developers and just got a new manager so clearly they are doing something

The appeal process is one of the most important to maintain a strong player base, they should probably take that more seriously. Other then that the mods are great.
Oh well , guess they went back into a coma
