False Ban

Does anyone know if invadedlands anticheat false bans, because for no reason i got banned for cheating but i wasnt een doing anything wron, i was just in warp fps, and boom i get banned. like does it or does it not, and how rare is it? This has also been happening to me in many many servers, i got banne on hypixel even tho iw as doing THE BED WARS LOBBY PARKOUR, I got banned in cubecraft WHILE ON MY SKYWARS ISLAND DOING NOTHING, anyone have a fix or why this happenes? Please help me i want to stop getting banned!
