well there was 5 people legit targetting me a while ago and it was going on for like 20 minutes
telling me stuff like to kill myself or whatever

Mods can't read every single chat message, and rely on people making reports to get the ones they miss.

Playing on an NA server while in EU is the same as playing on EU while in NA
So your ping couldn't have gone past 300 TOPS

That doesn't make a difference?
Ping is just determined by your distance from the server, I'm pretty sure your internet connection doesn't have anything to do with it.
If you had no WiFi you wouldn't be able to play on any server
With REALLY bad internet your ping would go up by a noticeable amount, but your internet would need to be really bad
