I don't know why but I bought 2 invaded keys off of the ah and they both seemed legit and they both didn't work. When I try to open it, it says Hey! Sorry, but you can't open that here! Is it just me or does that happen to other people?

You sure you bought the right type of key? I don't think there is a way to "fake keys", may either be a bug or just clicking on the wrong crate? Might be duped, not sure if that makes it unusable now. Would resell them if you can.
Wouldn't reselling duped keys give you the same punishment as if you had simply duped the keys in the first place

People aren't really explaining why it doesn't work well so here's why it doesn't work.
There has been a lot of duping, so they disabled physical keys temporarily. When you buy (from the store) or win a key, it will be a virtual key. Do /cc to access virtual keys. Do not buy any physicals keys on the auction because they will 100% not work. @HyperFlames req lock

No idea what happened. It was either duped or it was a regular tripwire hook. But it most likely could've been duped. Sorry to let you down but I think you got scammed :/ no idea how your gonna get your money back but thats all I can say
