target nons that have diamond armor.. when i alt pvp i dont ever go on my main to get myself diamond armor, all from nons that have diamond armor that are very easy to drop if you know what you are doing and sharp 1 iron is good enough for that
Yes, no way can anyone say invadedlands is not pay to win, BUT the point of invadedlands is for getting good, if people have ranks and really good dia armour, try to avoid them, they usually hang around the middle to snack their pray and all the iron kids are scattard around the edges and you can feed off them, also you can play events and get really good at that, i was really lucky when i won an event and got 3 invaded crate keys from the event crate, from the invaded crate i got 5 more crate keys, i sold 2 of them for 30k, and with the 6 i had i got 50k 20k 20k rods 50k 50k

>Stockpile items from crates and kits
>Kill donors for good gear
>Do irl deal for PRO

I think you get the point. I was lucky enough to be here when they had a lot of Buycraft / PayPal prizes. It's definitely going to be hard to do this, but it's how I was able to get ranks on other gamemodes on Invaded and on some of my other accounts.
As of now, I have basically full access to 4 Overlord Accounts and 2 VIP accounts. That's 80 minutes of warp creates next reset. I can easily sell those warps and get someone to rank up some more accounts for me.
It just takes time, lol.

I mean, the $1000 Buycraft really helped as 2 of those 4 Overlord accounts were only Lord rank before I got the voucher. But still, getting 2 default accounts to Lord alone is an achievement.

Invaded Lands is kit pvp is 100% pay to win, now you can make some strats and get some good gear from shop but usually some high rank dude comes in and kills you if you have too many kills. And boom you have to grind for possibly weeks just to get the armor a overlord gets daily. Its is true that you can get tier 1 diamond armor from daily kits, but it just isn't enough to compete with the higher ranks. Not only that but finding someone to do an irl deal with is super rare even on sales. Also you for all the people saying "get gud". I'd like to see you 1v1 someone with prot 3, unbreaking 3, sharp 3, fire aspect, 30 god apps, op bow, and pots while you're in iron. So in conclusion yes you can get some kills with daily kits and even good armor from shop but an overlord will just kill you if you have op armor, and finding someone to do an irl deal with is so low you might as well try to win a rank from a vote chest.
Then you're not good, I've seen plenty of players absolutely destroy diamonds in just iron, and to be fair if you're good you can just buy Prot3 and make a whole set of diamond + with vote keys.
I'm trash so I've obviously fallen victim to that.
Also find friends to play with if you're that bad, playing alone is pointless you'll just get crushed.
