So I got a new laptop, and every time I load badlion I get on a server, after around 30 seconds I freeze, so I press the windows button then click Minecraft again, then my screen flashes a black screen then back to Minecraft then back to the black screen and so on.

I can’t play does anyone know how to fix this

Edit: normal vanilla Minecraft does the same thing :/

I'm no tec expert and u will probably be mad at me for saying this, but maybe restart, or redownload game? tbh try both
