How long do you have to wait before you can make a blacklist appeal if you made one and it was denied? Also is there a limit to how many blacklist appeals you can make?
 
Depends on the offense, anyway it's multiple months. There is a limit on blacklist appeals, but I don't know exactly how many (4/5?)
 
Not sure about how long you have to wait but if you want a chance at getting accepted I’d wait at least a month. If your first one got denied chances are it’s going to be atleast 3-4 months before a possible unblacklist.
 
There is a limit to ip ban appeals. I think its around 3-5. Either way I think you can reappeal after about a month. maybe right after. Irdk

after you appeal you have to wait around 1-2 months before you can make anither appeal im pretty sure

Man, you duped, even that you just duped poison pots, you still contributed to the servers economy and you want a unblacklist? Lmfao, if they clearly denied your appeal, why would you do another if youre guilty of the situation? You didnt got the itens in a fair way no matter what item you duped, thats my opinion, but ofc that your group of friends will say the reverse. Anyways, wish you the best luck on it.
