Question regarding CB

On KitPvP [and other servers] if someone chargebacks's on a rank they bought you , do you still keep the rank in the hub and/or if your appeal gets accepted, in game?
Or does the rank go away.
This is only for ranks i'm asking about

k , thanks cuz i am bl'd and someone bought me a rank so i thought they cb'd. I still have my rank so then it was a false blacklist...
