Sooo I joined the server, joined survival, jumped in a portal thing.. now i dont know where im at. can somebody help me get back?

That portal takes you to a random position in the world to start your survival journey. To get back to the spawn, type /spawn

You can do /wild to find a random place in the world to make your base, then do /sethome to set your home. You can claim with the gold shovel, but remember to do /sethome first

You can do /tpa [player] to request to TP to another player.

also if you have a base remember to do /sethome at your base so you can do /home to get back
