to jump, all you have to do is press alt and F4 at the same time.

its quite simple really. i believe there is a little "x" near the top of your Minecraft launcher, click that and it will open a menu where you can select what button you want to activate jump. I have mine as "space" but its quite common people set it to the button to the left of "1" for its easy accessibility. I hoped this helped you!
