7 people have full covid and one .7 of a person has covid while the rest .3 is perfectly fine
yeah your right, its 7.7 per day for putnam, its 6.7 per day for us and we have 600k people in Washington county...
so around 40 cases for day for us but spread out a lot over more then 6x how much people live where you do...
